Michelle Kibbe's design on our 7" Opal Satin Bridesmaid
Doll figurine features lovely purple and white flowers and
a ruby-throated hummingbird. Michelle's design was
recently offered on our Egg on Stand figurine. The colors
are rich and the hand painted details are beautiful and
meticulously executed. Michelle added shades of purple to
the dress ruffles and sash. Petite white polka dots and a
spray of blue flowers accent the bodice.
The Bridesmaid Doll was introduced to the
Fenton product line in the early 1990s and has continued
as a favorite for doll figurine collectors.
Each
Hummingbird &
Purple Roses Bridesmaid Doll Figurine is $90.

Our 11" Opal Vase features a hand painted
design by Michelle Kibbe that drew exclamations of "ooooh, how
cute!" from our staff. Michelle created a wonderful scene of
pink flowers, greenery and low hanging branches as the
background setting. A curious striped brown and white kitten
observes two small chicks. One chick appears to be looking
back at the kitten, somewhat warily. Michelle's design
encircles the vase and she added delicate banding near the
top. A beautiful piece for your "Welcome Spring" tabletop
display!
Each Kitten & Chicks Vase is $185.
The Groundhog didn't see his shadow in our part of the
country so Kim Barley is thinking "Early Spring!" with her
design on our 2.75" Eggplant Mouse figurine.
You'll delight in the whimsical details. . . from hand
lettered "Thyme to" and "Bloom" on the
ears with butterfly and flower accents to the adorable
green polka dotted "gardening" shoes!
Kim added big green eyes, a bright pink nose, white whiskers,
and a big smile on the face.
This mouse sports a purple t-shirt with a
buzzing bee design
on the front. A flower pot with pink flowers rests at the
mouse's feet and another flowerpot is on the side of
this figurine. Additional photos show more delightful details
that are sure to please figurine collectors! Note the large
white daisy on top
of the head!
Each Thyme to Bloom Mouse Figurine is $80.

Below: The impressive 11.75" size of
this Opal Satin Vase provides an excellent glass canvas
for Robin Spindler's rendition of Parula Warblers. Robin
painted a pair of these beautiful birds on one side of
this vase, with another male Parula Warbler perched on a
branch on the other side of the vase. A dense forest with
beautifully blended colors in the branches, leaves and
berries provides the background for her scene. Did you know. . . Considered
an eastern warbler, Northern Parulas may occasionally
breed along California's coastline as well as in New
Mexico and in Arizona. Before they were named the Northern
Parula, this species was also known as the "blue
yellow-backed warbler" and "finch creeper". Each Northern Parula Warbler Vase is $220.
Michelle Kibbe transformed this Ruby Ghost
figurine into a grinning fanged Vampire! She added
red-stained fangs to the Ghost's toothy smile.
A wee Vampire with big blue eyes poses in
front of a tombstone engraved with
a bat. A full moon rises behind the tombstone and white
scraggly tree. A colony of bats with eerie, glowing green
eyes are painted on the front and the back of this 5.5"
figurine.
Each Vampires Ghost Figurine is $115. |
|
The lustrous dark blue color of this 5.5"
round Cobalt Paperweight is perfectly suited for Kim
Barley's scene of a lattice fence adorned with brilliant
blue Morning Glory flowers. A Monarch Butterfly hovers
nearby. The hand painted details are lovely to behold, as
if you could reach out and pluck one of the blooms! Each
Morning Glory Butterfly Iceberg Paperweight is $100.

Kim Barley created snow-covered branches with pine cones
and red-orange berries to the branches of this 6.5" Opal
Satin Tree figurine.
Kim added a bright yellow "stylized"
warbler on one branch as the focal point of her design.
The first Fenton Tree (5535) was offered in
the 1992 Christmas catalog supplement. The 6.5" tree was
created by designer Cathy See and initially offered in
ruby, green with iced branches or iridized crystal, each
accented with a tiny gold bird on one of the branches. Two
smaller trees were added a year later.
Each Stylized Warbler Tree Figurine is $80.
Pre-orders for the
Northern Parula Warbler Vase,
Vampires Ghost
Figurine, Morning Glory Butterfly Iceberg
Paperweight,
and
Stylized Warbler Tree Figurine
will be accepted until midnight on Wednesday, February 19,
2020.

Fenton artist Kim Barley is beginning
to "think Spring," and this gorgeous 9.5" tall
one-of-a-kind hand painted vase really says "Spring!"
to all of us here in West Virginia. The Ruby-throated
Hummingbird hovers amongst lush flowers in search of
nectar. Every meticulous brushstroke is a thing of
beauty, from the colorful, realistic flowers and the
detailed green foliage to the remarkably lifelike
hummingbird itself. This vase is cased glass, with a
green interior and a milk glass exterior that is
satin-finished.
This one of-a-kind crystal paperweight (made by Mosser
Glass) is sure to amaze all who see it, as Fenton
artist Michelle Kibbe has designed and hand painted a
marvelous, incredibly lifelike scene. She created this
scene with a "reverse painting" technique. She painted
a background of trees and water with the tiger's
reflection on the back side of the paperweight, then
added layers of color on top of that scene. She then
masked off an area on the front of the paperweight to
create a satin finish for the hand painted scene of
the majestic Tiger reclining on the large branch. We
think you'll agree the result is amazing! The
beautiful, but fierce Tiger crouches motionless on a
strong branch above a pool of water. The Tiger's
reflection shimmers in the water below. The Tiger's
eyes are fixed upon something in the distance. This
one-of-a-kind crystal paperweight stands 7" tall and
is 5.5" wide at its base.
Are you looking for something really, really "cute?"
This one-of-a-kind Fenton Art Glass hand painted Owl
figurine (3" tall) is satin-finished black glass.
Artist Michelle Kibbe's creative talents really show
in her colorful hand painted design featuring a red
heart with stylized flower and delicate blue and green
accents. Note the interesting added details: flowers
on the top of the head and those wonderful eyelashes!
These
official Fenton Art Glass eBay auctions will
end at 2 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. |
