This smiling, rosy-cheeked Snowman Fairy Light
will cast a friendly, soft glow when on display in your home. Michelle Kibbe
created a beautiful poinsettia and holly motif on this
two-piece 7.25" Opal Satin Snowman Fairy Light.
A cluster of colorful poinsettias, holly sprigs and white
flowers adorn the jacket of this Snowman. The top hat is open
at the top to allow the subtle light of a battery-operated tea
light to shine. See the "illuminating" inset photo below with
the tea light aglow. The Snowman's jacket is a festive bright
green with white fur trim on the sleeves and he sports
matching mittens adorned with polka dot accents. Michelle added a sprig of holly tied with a red
ribbon to the top hat and a lighter green scarf to complete
the outfit.
Our Snowman Fairy Light was designed by Fenton
sculptor Jon Saffell, and along with our Snowman and Snowlady
figurines, they were in a grouping called Frosty Friends
for several years. This Snowman Fairy Light is sure to
become a favorite for holiday decorating!
Each Pretty Poinsettias Snowman Fairy Light
(includes battery-operated tea light) is $120. |

Our 11" Alley Cat Figurine is now
available in a new color for Fenton Gift Shop - Marble! A
unique gray color blend with striations running throughout the
glass. This Alley Cat sports
his characteristic grin and large golden eyes, hand painted by
Michelle Kibbe. She created a natural gray coat for the body
with details on the face in hues of gold, black and light
brown. The Alley Cat is among the most collectible items in
Fenton history. This whimsical figurine has also been one of
Fenton's most popular items since it was first made in 1970.
The mould originated at the U.S. Glass Co. in Tiffin, Ohio
during the 1920s and was purchased by Fenton Art Glass in the
mid-1960s. Since that time, this Alley Cat has been made in a
rainbow of colors and decorative treatments. This 11" Opal
Satin Alley Cat was made at Mosser Glass.
Each Natural Gray Alley Cat Figurine is $175.
We're pleased to offer another Fenton Art Glass
shape to our line, the "Stretching Cat" Figurine. Michelle
Kibbe created a different natural cat design for this 3.75" long
Opal Satin figurine. She used a variety of brown tones for the body, with darker areas on the
legs and tail. There are light stripes on the back. The face has large brown eyes (note those long
eyelashes!) and furry details.
Each Brownie Stretching Cat Figurine is $80.
Pre-orders for the
Pretty Poinsettias Snowman Fairy Light,
Natural Gray Alley Cat Figurine
and
Brownie Stretching Cat Figurine

Robin Spindler created a lovely design, featuring
butterflies against a unique patterned background, on our
10.25" Opal Satin Vase. She hand painted two Monarch
butterflies and green flowering ivy and airbrushed the
background in a soft, cream color. An interesting pattern
of dark and light brown tones creates a
"marble" effect on the glass. The design
actually looks like the veins in marble! The details on the two
butterflies are marvelous with a stained-glass effect on
the wings. Robin added gemstone accents on the larger
butterfly. Additional flowering ivy adorns the back of
this vase. Each Monarchs in Ivy Vase is $180. |
We are pleased to offer a new design for our "butter tub",
made by Mosser Glass.
Before refrigerators were used in households, butter was
stored in a round or rectangular covered dish.
This version is handcrafted in Marble glass, with swirls
and striations of gray. This set is satin finished on the
outside with a glossy interior. This 4.5" x 4.5" Covered
Box is versatile. Use it as a treasure box to store your
precious keepsakes or as a candy box. . .or think "outside
the box" and discover a new use for this beautiful Limited
Edition! Robin Spindler re-created her unique marble
pattern in brown tones for the background that blends well
with the light gray glass. She hand painted white daisies
and green leaves that encircle the lid. Robin added a band of
gemstone accents around the "knob" portion of the lid with
a single one on the very top. An amethyst colored
butterfly adorns the lid as well. Each Butterfly
Daisies Covered Box is $90.

We're pleased to offer this new design for
our 8" Opal Satin Santa with List Figurine. Kim Barley
hand lettered "Peace on Earth" on the list.
She created a landscape with a large Buck
deer standing amidst blue and green snow covered trees.
Santa's cloak is painted in rich blue with
golden-brown fur trim. The bag of goodies slung over
Santa's back is also brown tones.
The Santa figurine was designed by sculptor
Jon Saffell in the 1990s and quickly became popular as well as a favorite holiday gift idea.
Each Peace on Earth Santa w/List Figurine is $125.

Fenton Gift Shop is proud to once again
offer beautiful hand blown glass ornaments. These
iridized (approx. 3-1/2" dia.) ornaments are hand
blown by Ron Hinkle, a glass
artisan from Buckhannon, West Virginia. Ron uses his
glassmaking skills to create the classic Christmas
tree ball shape, finished with a delicate loop of
applied glass. This ornament was made with different
shades of white frit and sprayed with Ron’s “magic”
iridescent spray. Each ornament will feature a Limited
Edition design by one of our talented artists.
Kim Barley recreates her "Let it Snow"
design theme for this ornament. Swirling snow and
decorative accents encircle the ornament, which has a
soft blue background. A smiling snowman stands within
a snow-covered pine tree landscape framed by a circle
of stylized snowflakes. A redbird is perched on one of
the snowman's stick arms. The snowman is attired in a
green toboggan cap and sports the charactistic carrot
nose. Kim hand lettered "2019" on the front and the
words "Let it Snow" on the back. Each ornament will be
signed and dated 2019. We believe this ornament will
become a seasonal favorite.
Make your ornament even more festive by
using the
ribbon, included with each
ornament, for hanging. Each
Let It Snow Blown Ornament is $65 and includes
a ribbon (not shown).
Pre-orders for the
Monarchs in Ivy
Vase,
Butterfly Daisies Covered Box,

Fenton Art Glass eBay Auctions. .

"one-of-a-kind" Fenton Art Glass creation through our weekly Fenton Art Glass eBay
auctions. These Fenton's eBay auctions will end at 2 p.m.
ET on Wednesday, October 16.
Items
featured this week. . .
Fresh from the work station of
Fenton artist Michelle Kibbe, this splendid
one-of-a-kind hand painted Opal Satin fairy light
depicts two nostalgic scenes, a blue-gray "Tin
Lizzie" automobile and an aged water-powered Grist
Mill beside a stream in Wintertime.
The two scenes (shown in photo) really spark our
imagination, and we wonder if the mill's owner has
just driven to the area and gone inside to make
sure that all is well. |
This two-piece fairy light stands 5" tall, and the
base has been carefully airbrushed in
greenish-brown tones. The hand painted Tin Lizzie
and Grist Mill are wonderfully detailed, and look wonderful when the fairy light is
illuminated. This one-of-a-kind hand painted fairy
light is identified, dated and signed inside the
shade: "hand painted by M. Kibbe 2019 OOAK". |
Fenton artist Kim Barley has this one-of-a-kind
hand painted Opal Satin Mouse figurine (2.75" tall) all ready
for a good sleep on a chilly clear night! The stars twinkle as
the green-eyed Mouse gets drowsy and yawns under the light of
a quarter moon. Note Kim's whimsical touches ─ ZZZ, frog-face
slippers and a penquin with an orange beak ─ all hand painted
with great care. Kim hand lettered the words “STARRY NIGHT” on
the ears along with “Zzzz”. This one-of-a-kind hand painted
Opal Satin Mouse figurine, is identified, dated and signed on
the underside: "Kim Barley 2019 OOAK".
These Fenton's eBay auctions will end at 2 p.m. ET on
Wednesday, October 16. |
