Editions!
Fenton Gift Shop is pleased
to offer a new
selection of Limited Edition glass! Each piece features a
design by our award-winning Fenton artists, and will be hand
painted, signed, numbered, and dated by the artist. Included in this grouping
is a 10" Vase in Opal Satin, made by Davis-Lynch Glass.
Also included are a
2.75" Mouse figurine and a pair of 3.25" diameter Ornaments,
each handcrafted in Opal Satin by our friends at Mosser Glass.
These Limited Editions were made exclusively
for the Fenton Gift Shop, using a Fenton mould and then
returned to our factory where our
talented artists created these wonderful designs.
Shown at right is our Opal Satin vase featuring a
hand painted scene of a Mallard pair by Michelle Kibbe. She created a unique
woven basket design with
painted accents for the top and bottom of this vase. The details on the ducks are meticulously executed and
the soft green hues of the foliage completes this piece.
Each Mallards Vase is $155 and limited to seven vases.
We have the perfect companion piece for "Roxie,
the Riveter", another mouse figurine we offered recently. Kim Barley's
hand painted design is reminiscent of a WWII pilot so we named
this figurine "Fly Boy".
Did you know. . . During World War II, Air
Force pilots were also referred to as "fly boys."
Kim airbrushed the entire figurine to more natural tones. Note
that wonderful expression! Kim's hand painted details include
the typical brown leather jacket, shoes and headgear worn by
WWII pilots.
She also added a small gray airplane on the
right ear and the word "FLY" painted above some clouds on the
left ear.
Each Fly Boy Mouse Figurine is $85.
Display these delightful hand painted ornaments
all season long! Frances Burton hand
painted each Opal Satin ornament with a wonderfully whimsical face framed by
colorful blue hues and then added dazzling glitter on the faces to make them
really sparkle!
Each ornament is dated 2016 (on the front) and
also signed on the reverse side by Frances. A
silver bow string for hanging is included with each ornament.
We named this adorable ornament pair Ms. Snowlady and Mr. Snowman,
and they are available for $100 for each pair.
