9-3/4'' Cobalt and Milk Glass Overlay Handpainted Vase

Limited Edition.
This splendid 9-3/4" Overlay Vase was meticulously airbrushed and
handpainted by talented Fenton designer Michelle Kibbe. Each vase
is individually numbered by Michelle, and the total produced was
limited to
25 pieces. Only a few remain!
Overlay colors have been produced by Fenton for
more than half a century.
A core of Cobalt Glass is gathered and shaped by a skilled
glassworker called a Blocker. Then, a layer of Milk Glass is
gathered over the Cobalt Glass. Fenton's glass technologists
assure that the two layers of glass will match perfectly,
expanding and contracting at the same rate. The results, as you
can see, are beautiful!

Inspired by a classic
Northwood motif, Frank
L. Fenton designed moulds for "Dancing Ladies" vases that became
popular Fenton products in the 1930s. We searched in vain for
these moulds. Then Fenton sculptor Suzi Whitaker was able to work
from Frank L. Fenton's original sketches and we made an entirely
new mould for a Dancing Ladies vase. Our skilled glassworkers
produced this vase in vivid Cobalt Blue glass with a wonderful
Milk Glass edge. This vase really makes a statement!

these 12'' diameter Shell Bowls. These three-toed bowls are
handcrafted in opaque light pink glass. The inside of each bowl was blasted to enable the
meticulous detail in Robin's handpainted artwork. The bowl shown
above features a lighthouse scene. NOTE: We have just 10 of
