Carnival Glass Creations
Included in the
latest Carnival glass offering from Fenton USA are these beautiful
shapes and treatments. Our Bow & Drape Bell, as well as the Bunny
and Butterfly figurines, are handcrafted in French Opalescent
glass with a Marigold Carnival glass treatment. The handpainted
designs were created by Michelle Kibbe.
The secret of Fenton Carnival glass is the special spray of
metallic salts on the glass while it is very hot. We continue to
make Carnival glass the ''old fashioned'' way, and we never cease
to marvel at
the rainbow of colors and the interesting hues.
The graceful 4-1/4'' Butterfly figurine shimmers with iridescence
while the 3-1/2'' Lop Ear Bunny figurine features whimsical
handpainted details on the face. The 2-1/2'' Sunfish figurine is
handcrafted in Marigold Carnival glass. These pieces will brighten
any figurine collection!

Glass Suncatchers
from Fenton International
Add a touch of whimsy to your windows with these colorful
Fused Glass fish-shaped suncatchers from Fenton
International. Our High
Relief Fused Glass by Anne Nye is pure, kiln-fired glass,
sculpturally layered for texture and vibrant color! For the
suncatchers, Anne layers individually handcut glass chips
over a glass base. When the pieces are all carefully
layered, it is placed in a kiln. The oven process takes time
and when the glass reaches 1400 degrees, it begins a long,
slow cooling process. When complete, the sharp glass edges
become softly rounded, and the colors with layers fused
together
form depth, texture, detail, and personality. Fenton
International includes handcrafted artistic creations from
around the world. |
