Fenton USA Offers Exclusive to Benefit ALS Research
(Williamstown, WV, September 19, 2008). Fenton Art Glass has
announced the creation of an Exclusive Family Signature Vase to help
fund research for a cure for ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease).
The Golden Star on Ruby Flip Vase is available for sale through
Fenton retail partners to consumers and collectors. This exclusive
piece is handpainted with a golden ribbons and stars motif created
by Fenton designer Kim Barley. She used a sponge technique to create
the shimmery effect on the stars. Each piece
will have the signatures of Randy Fenton and Christine Fenton as
well as the ALS Association logo.
A portion of sales from the Vase will be contributed directly to The
ALS Association. ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) is a
progressive neurodegenerative disease that attacks nerve cells and
pathways in the brain and spinal cord. There is no known cure for
ALS. The Fenton Art Glass Company selected The ALS Association as
its national partner because of the Fenton family's direct
experiences with this disease.
Item 4751 3X ALS Exclusive Golden Star on Ruby Flip Vase with Randy
Fenton and Christine Fenton signatures and the ALS Association logo. Retails for
$119.50 U.S.
