No one does Carnival
glass like Fenton! Our glass technologists have rediscovered and
perfected the special sprays of metallic salts used a century ago
when Fenton Art Glass produced America's very first Carnival
glass.
The Rose Nut Dish is
handcrafted with Aubergine glass, and the Marigold iridescence is
created by spraying the glass while it is still very hot. The
historic mould and plunger used to make the Rose Nut Dish originated
at the Imperial Glass Company about 1910, and they were recently
acquired by Fenton.
