Silver Crest plate hp Louise Piper

Silver Crest 7211 SC 12-1/2" plate with elaborate
floral motif designed and handpainted by Louise Piper in September, 1970 (on reverse: "Fenton 9-10-70 L. Piper"). This piece resided in Frank M. Fenton's office for many years.
